Someone may correct me on this, but I think some Services, like those for Mail and Safari, are rolled into the application bundles. There are no separate files to delete. With these, one way to remove the Services is to create a folder - call it 'Apps_no _services', or whatever - at the same level as the Applications folder, and move those apps into it. This has worked for me (and I think I got the idea from someone on this list, btw :) Otherwise, there's this: <http://www.mrxsss.com/blog/archives/2003/09/30/removing-services-in-os- x.html> - which I haven't yet tried myself.
