Thanks Tim, it does help, and thanks to all who have offered guidance on
this issue. I'm still struggling to figure out how to work with Netinfo
Manager so I can try to take advantage of the good advice Hiro and others
have offered. I'm guessing that the firewall might be an issue, although
I was able to access my mail the old fashion way until a few days ago
when the new server was initiated. I guess I'll just have to work less at
home until this is resolved.  :-)
