I can second this report. On one computer, cmd-ctl-R works, on another it
doesn't. cmd-ctl-B, A, and L work on both computers. I haven't assigned
any keys through any 3d party or apple-approved app. Mostly the same apps
are installed on the two machines. I haven't checked out whether it might
be differences in keyboards, though.
