I've used this in the past a lot, but unfortunately it is unreliable
under Jaguar, and no mentioning how and if it works under Panter.

Bouncing is an illusion when it comes to spam - as you probably know, the
TO email addresses are fake and they use some other servers to send
messages so a bounce never gets back to them and never has the effect
that you wish you could have: drown them in their own spam.
