Riva (and others), My apologies for claiming the Emailer Export script was to Unix mailbox format. It's actually Eudora, but I think that works fine as well. The URL is (do a listing if you can't find it on this actual URL) <ftp:// ftp.mythtech.net//FTP/emailer/Applescripts/Export-Eudora %28patch%29.sea.hqx> (Space before %28 is part of the name unfortunately)
However, if there is extended ASCII chars in the subject of incoming messages, that may not translate properly: To fix this, export the folder again to Unix mailbox format and reimport it. Tedious, but that will usually fix it though not always. Or wait for my modifications to the script. Anyone else appescripting interested in the subject is welcome redeveloping this script.
