I don't know what "organize by threads" does in Apple's Mail, but if it is similar to what it does in MacSoup, it is extraordinary: it allows you to subscribe a maillist in the "non-summarized" mode, get all these mails, and turn them in a geometrical "tree" exactly like in newsgroup threads. May I dare say, I use MacSoup for handling this very Powermail maillist? I feel Apple's Mail evolutions quite impressive I must say, and dangerous to Powermail. While the Bayesian filtering in Mail has been saved by SpamSieve, for maillist handling by threads I don't expect such a third-party miracle. I trust some evolved applescript macros could at least identify, "within" the present Powermail, those header tags that are used for threading, but to output them in any ordered form frankly I don't see...
