You're right! The address field was blank. Which is my fault because I redid the accounts and accidentally left it out...BUT THAT WAS AFTER the problem had started and people had notified me of the "unknown" issue. That was why I re-entered the account settings as an attempted solution. So we still don't know what the original problem was???
