I've tried several times to use the toolbar but found that I didn't
really care for it. When I want "Connect Again" I just right-click/
control-click in a blank area of the folder list pane. The contextual
menu that pops up is: New Folder, Empty Mail Trash, Send Waiting
Messages, Connect Again. (Help, is at the top of the contextual menu but
is always grayed out.) I choose to use the contextual menu because it's a
nice big target to lazily aim for, so oftentimes the cursor isn't far
away. Command-option-k, for connect-again is the first shortcut I
memorized when I started using PM, but it isn't always easy to use on a
PowerBook keyboard with no option-key on the right side.
