I use a SpamSieve filter with a modified "Move if Spam" script that adds
a "##" mark in the beginning of each spam subject. This filter has the
"Stop applying filters..." box unchecked. Then directly after my
SpamSieve filter I have a "follow up" filter like:

Conditions:
Subject - begins with - ##
Actions:
Set status to - Read
Don't notify
Move message into folder - Spam

On this filter the "Stop applying filters..." box is checked.

The changes to the script was suggested by SpamSieve developer Michael
Tsai a couple of weeks ago to this group. You find it below.
