I guess that if you really want to cancel your purchase then nothing I
say is going to dissuade you, but I'd advise hanging in there for a few
more hours. CTM is a very small company and sometimes they can be a
little bit slow off the blocks when it comes to responding to people
because they are working on programming and improving what is already a
very slick email app, but the product IS worth it, IMO.

And once your copy of Powermail is activated you probably won't have many
reasons to contact CTM; most queries can be resolved by the charming,
witty and urbane subscribers to this list. The CTM engineers do regularly
chime in on this list, as well, to answer questions that are stumping others.

Powermail is the only app I use that feels as if it comes with its own
little community (of course that could be more of a DISincentive to some
people).

Your call, but my advice is to give CTM a chance and, as Wayne pointed
out,  allow for the time zone differences if you are in the US.
