I purchased PowerMail last night because I was reasonably well 
satisfied with the demo version.

Shortly thereafter a notice appeared on the screen saying that as soon as
my purchase was reviewed by a human I would receive an e-mail with
further instructions.

I was given a registration number at the time of purchase which I have
tried entering into the registration page but it doesn't stick and I
can't use the program because I have accumulated too much mail in the
demo version (mail that I don't want to lose).

I violated a cardinal rule of mine never to buy anything from any
"company" that doesn't provide a physical address and contact phone
number on their web site, and as I still haven't received any
communication from the company, I am really beginning to regret my
action.

Do any of you fine people have a phone number for this company so I
can check on the status of my purchase?

If not, can you give me a reason not to contact my credit card 
company and cancel the purchase if I haven't heard from them 
within 24 hours of the initial transaction?

I like what I have seen of the program, but this is no way to run a
business!
