Thanks Karel, that was the problem - now fixed. Now I have another! I've downloaded the new 4.2 final. Running it (system 10.2.6) creates a folder 'Powermail Files' in my 'Mail' folder. There is already a 'Powermail Files4.2b' folder in which all the scripts, address data & old mail are stored. The question is can I simply replace the new 'Powermail Files' folder with the old 'Powermail Files4.2b' folder or is there stuff in the new folder that has been changed from the old beta & should be used in preference to the versions left from 4.2b8?
