I think that is the way "Recent Mail" is supposed to work. It only shows what you have received since you started up a session of Power Mail until you close it. Once you close it, it isn't "Recent Mail" anymore. The next session of Power Mail will start a new "Recent Mail" window. This is the way most applications work, that I have seen. For instance, in MacSoup if I select to see "New" messages I will see all messages that came in since I opened the program. Upon closing the program these messages are not new anymore. If I open the program without downloading anything, "new" will be empty. So yes, when you shut down and re-start, it does change your Recent Mail window; as it should. -- Barbara Needham
