I observed the same behavior.
It seems that the "-1" and bold "inbox" is correct but misinterpreted. I
think it is only to suggest you have deleted and trashed an (some) IMAP
message(s).
I just quit->re-launched PM and the "inbox" tray has the good appearance.
It's just cosmetic. No?
