If you have a schedule to connect every 2 hours, the first connection
occurs 2 hours after PowerMail has start up, then the next one 2 hours
later. If you connect manually during this time, that does not change
anything to the schedule. If you quit and relaunch PM, the next
connection will occur 2 hours after the relaunch.
