get eMA from John ... (forget his last name). Do a search on
Versiontracker - you'll find it under "eMA" or "eMailArchiver" or such.
It's shareware and worth every cent. If you have FileMaker, you can use
that version but there exists also a version which allows you to run it
if you don't have FileMaker installed (like I do). You can set a time
period to export, i.e. "only export if older than...". Remember to use it
in "Test-Mode" (nothing in your database gets deleted), until you are
sure this is for you the way to go, then you can set eMA to delete
archived messages.
