In PM Highlight the folder you want to export, then go to the menu File>Database>Export... and make the appropriate choices. At the very least you will get a tabbed text file or a PM mailbox in a different location. There are also databases, most based on FileMaker Pro (but don't require that you own the application) that will also import PM mail. --Ira
