I wouldn't worry to much about bugs in this CPU... It is also used in many of IBMs high-end UNIX systems - where bugs are simply intolerable.... IBM has an outstanding reputation in this regard and so does Apple really...
I really want one... Right now I am oly on a 400Mhz G3 that is getting rather dated and slow with OS-X... This G5 is just-what-the-doctor- ordered... Incidentally, at my last consulting project I had the opportunity to work with a 64-bit Sun workstation and the performance was phenomenal... If the G5 is anywhere near that (probably better since the Sun has been out for a while) it will be awesome.. - Greg > >>Just an simple observation.
