Greetings to all on the list from a Eudora user still in the process of switching over to PowerMail (and upgrading to OS X). It occurs to me that Eudora has a Return Receipt button that allows you to attach a request for a return receipt to a mail. When it receives a mail with such a request, it presents a message saying "click this button to send your notice of receipt" or some such. Of course, I have never used this function to request a receipt. I have sent receipts to at least one correspondent who has requested them on a couple of occasions, however. I suppose it could be handy in some circumstances, but it depends a lot on whether the people you're writing to can be bothered to press a button... I wonder if this is the sort of thing Bob is talking about? Chris
