To use the example above: Say you have 10 contacts in the folder
"customers" and 15 in "prospects". Just drag all contacts in these two
folders to the group "newsletter". You'll now have a total of 25 contacts
in "newsgroup". To mail them all at the same time, type "newsgroup" in
the "To" field -- the Address tab will now read "25 items".

As you see the contacts in a "newsgroup" are aliases, thus you can delete
any of the contacts from the group without deleting the original contact.
You can also drag the same contact to how many groups as you like.
