I don't mean to walk on your request.... I couldn't agree more with you and I also am currently rather unhappy with my selection of Powermail...
There are three things which come up time-and-time again and that, I think, should be totally fixed: #1. The search functionality in Powermail does not seem to work in a deliberate/predictable way. What's the point in having an indexed email system if the search functionality is so poor as to be virutally unusable? I have never been able to use this to any degree with any sort of accuracy - I always get messages which have absolutely nothing to do with what I am searching for and a good deal of the time I can't even find my search criteria *ANYWHERE* in the email. #2. This deleting old email business. I read this mailing list every day and this is just such a massively requested issue. #3. This email getting stuck in the "Out Tray"... I don't think I need to say anything more about this, I've said all I can on it.... It comes up all the time too... There is a *CLEARLY* identified bug in Powermail in this regard (if CTM is reading this, look for other messages from me in the past couple of weeks for information on how to reproduce it 100% of the time... I'm not going to waste space reposting it here..).. - Greg >I've been running Powermail 4.1.2 for 4 months now, and I'm really >unhappy.
