I'm not sure to understand exactly what you mean, but if you want a
condition like "sender is not me AND (recipient is bob OR ben OR ...)",
you can create an address book folder (or group) that contains bob, ben
etc, then create this filter condition:
[from] [is not] "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
[To or CC] [is in folder] [friends]
execute actions if [all conditions are met]
