How do I setup a mail filter that, if the first criteria is met, then
tests whether any of the following lines of criteria are met?

In the current particular case, I was transfering existing mail actions
(=filters) from Emailer and I wanted to make sure that messages are not
from myself, like they are when I send a message to a list, before I
check if the message have been sent from someone at my domain plus
additional criteria for the 30 or so people from there and their second,
out of my domain, mail addresses.
I realized I can split the criteria and make 2 filters, one for my domain
and use "all" and ,in the second filter, "any" for the out of my domain
addresses (as those actually just where placed in this filter out of
convenience rather than that they needed to be tested against the first
criteria).

But the question remains for other situations, where I really want to
test one criteria against a long list of second criteria, before I
conduct the action on the message. If I split the filter into 2 and
uncheck "Stop applying filters", will not the second filter run even if
the first is not fulfilled?
If the list is very long, it would be very tedious to make a pair for
every criteria. How do I solve this in PM 4?

Is mail filter functionality improved in version 4.1?
At this point, during an evaluation period with real use, I use PM 3.1.3
under OS X 10.2.5, but I'm asking about v. 4 as I'll be updating to that
version if PM overall seem to function for me.
