Max-- You might want to create a new "user environment" (File>Database>New User Environment...). This will keep your e-mail and your daughters more separated and she can mess up on her own without it having as great an impact on you. You'll notice below the previously mentioned menu selection is the one that allows you to change user environments.--Ira
