You might look into eMA which uses FileMaker Pro (or a runtime version,
if you do not own FileMaker). 

It is at <http://homepage.mac.com/ThinkAgain/Mac> and is shareware. John
Carlsen works very hard on the issues to keep this archive process going.
There is also a support list.
