Thanks for your off list responses. The problem was that I misunderstood the MailMerger app's instructions...
"4. Open each Cyberdog mail folder, hit <command-A> "Select All", and then drag the highlighted messages to the corresponding Finder folder." I thought, the above meant, that one was suppose to select the Cyberdog mailtray message storage files from within the Finder (i.e.- Inside the Finder, open each Cyberdog Mailtray folder and select "Message Storage", "Message Storage.index", ect.). However, rather than that, as was pointed out to me off the list, the correct way is to: open the relevant mailtrays from within the Cyberdog mailtray window. Then select all the messages in each mailtray and drag them to the corresponding folder on the desktop. Which results in having separate files for each message.
