Well, from reply all to just reply might be as simple as erasing the other names from your TO box in the reply message.
For going the other way, perhaps you could have a group in your address book with all the names listed. Then when you have hit Reply and want to change to Reply to all you could change the To address to this group address. For instance, I hit reply on this message and it goes to PowerMail Discussions. Then I to to TO again and find your name and include it as well. Without closing my reply message. If you had a group in your address book you could then choose that rather than a single address as I did. -- Barbara Needham
