I appreciate your sympathy....blame it on f*****g Microsoft. This stuff is generated by Exchange. I work for a company where people love to mail around WORD and POWERPOINT files and about 75% of the stuff comes this way. I can't figure out how the 25% comes through correctly (there are a bunch of configuration things that control how Outlook/Exchange deal with these things)..... But...I will say that I have never been on discussion list where people have been so concerned and so helpful... Thanks /lss
