I have to admit I'm surprised at how much uuencoded stuff you get. I don't think I've EVER received a uue file by e-mail in the last 3 or 4 years -- the only place I see uue is in Usenet binary groups. The whole reason MIME was invented was exactly for this (sending binary attachments to email), which is probably why 99% of the world use it now.
