So, I type just Jim and then it makes me scroll down the list of >the 23 Jims to click on the proper one. What I want to do is type in Jim >J and have the autofill give me the selection of three Jim Jones, Jim >Johnson and Jim Junes, so I can pick one of those, or continue typing Jim >Ju and then only Jim Junes could be selected. Anyway...is this me or is >this PowerMail?
Autofill works fine for me as well, so I guess it might be something to do with your preferences. You can change the order in which PM looks at different parts of the address book entry when it decides which entries fit what you've typed; in preferences, select the Address Book pane and try altering the priorities of address completion; that might solve your problem. Hope this helps; Rick ----------- G4/500 MHz (DP) :: OS 10.2.4 :: PM 4.1.2 :: 3 pane mode :: 768 MB RAM <www.sharkattack.co.uk>
