You can change the scale factor in Page Setup dialog. This setting is
remembered between two prints.

Unfortunately, Apple's unicode text engine for carbon applications (MLTE)
is not flexible enough to be used in PowerMail, and cocoa's text engine
is not accessible to carbon applications. And we deplore than on Mac OS
X, lots of scripts, (especially hebrew and arabic), are no longer
available to applications that don't use MLTE or cocoa.
