Speaking of search functionality, I would like to suggest this: If I'm currently composing a message (or viewing one in its own window), and I hit cmd-F (Find), it would be cool if the find dialog came up with the "in current message" tab selected as opposed to the "by content" tab. ...I just looked at the menus, and realised that opt-cmd-C would achieve this.
