Filters execute in order from top to bottom. Be sure they are arranged correctly. Also, at the bottom there's a checkbox "Stop applying filters to this message". If your filter gets a message to the proper folder/location and you're not going to filter it again, this has to be _checked_. >Also Perform All filters does not work at all.
