I would guess that an Applescript could do the job.
For showing accounts, all you need to do is go to View/Options and check "account." Remember view options are distinct for each folder. For showing original e-mail address it does show easily on each individual e-mail; but I believe the op wanted to see that address listed in the browser window, as a set. -- Barbara Needham
