you must be new here... :)
Paid for support would at least actually give people support for sure
when they need it. This could be suitable for companies and other that
do accept that apps cost after purchase and wants results *now* rather
than at some undeterminate time. Of course it's not the solution for
everybody.

Nope, not new here!! But have written to technical support at PM on
several occasions but no answers have been received. Only time I
received a reply was when I said something which rattled their cages at
HQ. Never mind...:)
