The main problem with T-Mobile and all the tech support is that they are all PC oriented and actually know nothing about Mac's... in general. Also, there is a difference between using the $5 WAP-Web service and the $30 Internet Connect (data) service. Originally I was even able to connect to the web just fine with the cheap solution (browser and mail) but T-Mobile closed that line after they realized what many people did. Though I still was able to receive and send email via PM, I just could no longer browse the internet (which mostly was fine with me :-) - "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" is like an additional account if I remember correctly and I never used it.
