I did put all the details in the original email except the password. The mail was working when I had "midi" as the User Account ID and stopped working when I changed to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". It is a POP account, and I did follow the suggestion of CARL and try as IMAP, but that didn't fix the situation. I am the administrator for the domain and I have verified that I have the correct password. Midi
