a) breaking lines is a format of the email reader in most cases
(typically based on a # of chars) although some sending programs have an
option to turn on breaking of lines based on a # of chars).

b) the URL you gave (pre-quoting) is a perfectly fine one, including the
line break. PM will use it just fine with a double-click. The handling
of line breaks is one of the reasons for enclosing of URL's in <> chars
in the first place.
