I do this with the contact form at <http://www.ctmdev.com/support/ contact/contact_form.html>, which purpose as I understand it is to be able to email the CTM folks: I put my name and my email address, choose a subject and a product and write my message. Then I receive my message to my email address, not as a Carbon Copy but as sent from my email address to mine, with no indication in either the headers nor the message that a copy was sent as I expected to CTM Dev. It's fine to get a copy, but normally you get some indication that you gets a copy and not the original message sent back to your email address. A "we received your message and will answer when we can" or something like that would be less bewildering. I hope this is just confusingly set up and a message was actually sent to CTM. Anyone else can reassure me this worked as way to contact CTM? Mikael
