Yes. A histogram is printed for all alarms
Our dropped ED incident was higher. Implemented a double attachment that
has resulted in almost none. The dropped ED alarms that do occur are
because the worker didn't secure the ED as trained.

EDs:
(1) Infrequent (< 20%)
(2) Occasional (>20% and <40%)
(3) Frequent (>40%)
Also, do you review each histogram for unexpected dose rate alarms?
