Browns Ferry reviews the Histogram for each unexpected dose rate alarm.
In addition the worker is locked out of the RCA until the investigation
is complete.

I would estimate it at occasional.

Subject: Powernet: Dropped EDs causing Dose Rate Alarms

Please categorize the volume of dose rate alarms attributed to "dropped"
EDs:

(1) Infrequent (< 20%)

(2) Occasional (>20% and <40%)

(3) Frequent (>40%)

Also, do you review each histogram for unexpected dose rate alarms?

Thanks for your response.
