In recent years ANI has suggested that Fermi evaluate the integrity of it's storm sewers. This has request been entered into our corrective action program and the site was perpared to have a visual inspection performed when the question arose as to how many plants in the country have actually surveyed, or plan to survey, their storm sewers. So the following questions: 1) Has your site performed an inspection of the storm sewers? 2) If so, when was the storm sewer inspection performed?
3) If so, what was the nature of the inspection (visual and or other methods)? 4) If so, was the inspection done "in house" or did you utilize a contractor? Thank you in advance.
