North Anna places the ED in a plastic whirl pack that is attached to the 
worker's PCs.  The TLD is worn on their security badge lanyard under their PCs.
We do this to prevent loss of all the worker's dosimetry if the whirl pack 
disengages from the PCs and is lost by the worker.
