What is your site RP department guidance on releasing material/personnel from outside RCA yards during times of inclement weather?
For example, an outside RCA yard accessed with forklift truck and/or personnel during times of rain/snow and upon exiting the RCA the forklift and personnel must be monitored for loose surface contamination. However, as we know when items are wet the potential may exist the water may mask existing loose surface contamination from detection. Thank you in advance to all that respond. Michael C.
