 1.  During in-processing, do you utilize a software system that automatically 
prints out labels for dosimetry worn?
Yes - Sentinel

 1.  Approximately how many people do you badge that never go into the 
radiological area?
For fleet 2010 - 14000 TLDs with 0 dose, 5500 TLDs with > 0 dose

 1.  How many TLD's does your site issue per year?
Fleet lab processes about 25000 per year (3 plants - 7 units, extremity, 
environmental, area monitoring, crosschecks)

 1.  How often does your site do a TLD change out? (quarterly, semi-annual, 
annually, etc.)
Semi-annual

 1.  What kind of dosimetry badges does your site use? (TLD, OSL, etc.)
Harshaw TLD

 1.  Do you process your own dosimetry?
Yes, we have a corporate external dosimetry group that provides/processes TLDs 
and EDs for the fleet
