Good Day. Every plant has release limits (for contamination) and there will be instances where there may be a level of contamination on an individuals clothing that is very close to the monitoring limits of the portal and or whole body monitors exiting the plant.
My question is - When an individual is re-entering your plant and alarms the portal monitors on a low enough level that will not always be detected, what is your follow up? How do you classify this? Corrective actions?
