1. We DOP test HEPAs that exhaust to unmonitored release pathways. We DOP test them annually or after HEPA filter changeout. 2. Originally we use the Thompson DOP Testing machine. But have switched to ATI DOP testing equipment. 3. We do have locks/seals on our RCA vacuums to prevent a worker from opening the unit. Barbara J.
