1) yes we still use DOP chemical for testing. HEPA filters for Vacuums, and HEPA vent units are checked annually or after HEPA filter has been changed. 2) N/A 3) Exelon uses a standardized procedure for checkout. Have gone to computerized checkout attachment. Vacs and HEPA vent units are locked when not in use in plant. We are just starting to lock units up when not in use in plant work areas, i.e. workers leave for lunch, break, or changing shifts. We are utilizing Power Stop Power Plug Lock. 4) Yes we place a HEPA test label on joint between top and bottom of unit or at sealing surface for HEPA.
