These are added to the RWP file, which is then both manually scanned and sent to our records folks. We are currently evaluating replacing this process with one that utilizes our access control system and a signing pad like those found in retail stores. BNP is also using laminated cards which have AWP #'s. Cards are hole punched for each AWP briefed. Attendance sheets are burdensome and hard to track, and time consuming with vaulting of the records. Rad Protection is looking for ways to better track and document AWP/ RWP attendance.
