Duke Energy stations (Oconee, McGuire, & Catawba) initiate a problem report for activities with an ALARA package when they exceed their dose estimate by 25% or greater. If activity is greater than 1 person-rem, then ALARA committee chairman must be contacted. If the activity is greater than 5 person-rem, an ALARA committee meeting must be held.

If so, what is the criteria that is used? Thanks in advance for your help!
